Cross River State Governor, Ben Ayade has vowed to fix the facilities at the Obudu Ranch Resort before December, 2022, a few months before leaving office.
“if I don’t fix the Ranch before I leave, whoever takes over from me might ask the chiefs in the area for what their son did for the Ranch as governor. So I’m ready to fix the Ranch,” he said.
Ayade made this known while addressing the clan heads of the communities which hosts the Ranch, during which he described the facility as “the most beautiful place in Africa.”
He said, “Investors from Switzerland are already at the Ranch to reconstruct and fix it. Quote me, the facilities at the ranch will be latest and world-class at the end of the turnaround.
The host communities, speaking earlier through their clan heads, assured the governor of their unflinching support and commended his interest in the Ranch.
