Delta economic planning commissioner, others extol Tilije at 63

Delta State Commissioner for Finance, Sir Fidelis Tilije, has reiterated the state sovernment’s commitment towards making financial policies that would help grow the state’s economy.
Sir Tilije stated this in Asaba during a surprise birthday party organised for him by management and staff of the ministry to mark his 63rd birthday anniversary.
The Commissioner in his remark expressed his unreserved appreciation to the management and staff for the gesture and love shown to him.
Speaking during the occasion, the Commissioner for Economic Planning, Dr Barry Gbe said, “Appreciating God for the gift of life and adding another year to one’s age is the greatest miracle one could ever have.’’
Dr Gbe who extolled the virtues of Sir Tilije to include intelligence, dedication to work and good relationship with those working with him, expressed gratitude to God for making him celebrate another milestone.
In his birthday wishes to the Finance Commissioner, the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Finance, Mr Cornelius Semiteje, who poured encomiums on the celebrant said, “You represent the definition of a boss with a positive vibe, ” even as he wished him many fruitful years ahead loaded with great achievements.
The highpoints of the celebration were the cutting of the birthday cake and presentation of an art work to the Commissioner by Dr Barry Gbe and Mr Cornelius Semiteje.
