In a strong show of solidarity, stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta North have reaffirmed their unity and commitment to the party’s progressive vision, firmly debunking recent reports suggesting internal division.
The stakeholders’ meeting, held at the iconic Mount Ned in Idumuje Ugboko, witnessed record-breaking attendance from party leaders, grassroots mobilizers, and loyal members across the district.
The gathering was a demonstration of cohesion and collective resolve, countering claims circulated in sponsored online publications.
Chief Emma Ejiofor, Ph.D., a respected APC stalwart and voice of conscience in Delta North, issued a statement on behalf of concerned stakeholders.
He described the rumors of disunity as “inaccurate and misleading,” emphasizing that the APC in Delta North remains focused, organized, and aligned with the broader objectives of the party under the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
“We are a party of progress, not conquest,” Chief Ejiofor said. “We welcome individuals who share our values, but we will not tolerate attempts to subvert the structures we have painstakingly built for personal gain. Loyalty to the party must come before personal ambition.”
Chief Ejiofor praised the dedication of party members and called on them to remain resolute in their service to the APC.
He reaffirmed the stakeholders’ unwavering support for President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope agenda, noting that Delta North APC stands ready to deliver on its promises to the people.
“Our performance and unity speak volumes. We are not distracted by propaganda. Delta North APC is stronger than ever and committed to victory at all levels,” he added.
As the 2027 election cycle draws closer, the Delta North APC appears more united and determined to consolidate its political gains, with Chief Ejiofor as one of the leaders at the forefront of efforts to ensure the party remains focused, disciplined, and responsive to the aspirations of the people.
