Governor Okowa wrote the following lines on Facebook this evening
“We cannot tell the story of Delta State without mentioning our former Military President, General Ibrahim Babangida.
“This is why, earlier today, as we prepare to celebrate #DeltaAt30, and in commemoration of his 80th birthday celebration which was held last week, I was in Minna to wish His Excellency a very happy belated birthday and to thank him once again for creating Delta, the Big Heart of the nation, on the 27th day of August 1991.”
