Immediate past senior special assistant to the governor on health monitoring, Dr. Michael Nwoko, has congratulated former Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on his 64th birthday anniversary.
In a congratulatory message made available to Emerald News, Dr. Nwoko, popularly called the Political Oshobe by friends and admirers, said attaining 64 years was a milestone in the life of the former governor.
Dr. Nwoko, who served in Okowa’s government as SSA on health monitoring noted that Dr. Okowa’s administration was one of the best experienced for the people of the state. He revealed that Okowa touched lives across the nooks and crannies of the state with his good programmes.
He said the former governor left a legacy of good roads, good health system, standard schools and beautiful environment for Deltans across the state.
He said. Okowa’s legacy will remain indelible in the minds of Deltans, saying the former governor was loved by all Deltans due to his approach to governance.
He added that as the former governor celebrates his 64th birthday with friends and family members, the hands of the God of heaven which was with him during his days as govetnor will continue to be with him and his family.
He also prayed that as he begins a new phase of his life outside government house, he will find fabour and goodwill from God and me.
