The immediate past Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Health Monitoring and Coordinator of the Delta State Health Monitoring Team, Dr Michael Nwoko, has congratulated Muslims on the celebration of Eid-el-Kabir, wishing them a season endowed with peace.
In his sallah message to the Muslims, Dr. Nwoko prayed for a peaceful and successful sallah, just as he prayed for unity and peace in Nigeria.
Dr. Nwoko said the sallah season offers opportunity for love sharing, peaceful relationship and a binding atmosphere in terms of unity.
He appreciated his friends and supporters who are Muslims for their unalloyed support to the PDP in Delta, soliciting more opportunities to co-exist and relate cordially.
According to him, “We are better in unity and we need peace as a people to relate well and do things that only enhance our progress and development.
“I really felicitate with my brothers and sisters who are Muslims as they celebrate the holy season. Once again, I congratulate them and wish them the benefits of the religious celebration”, Nwoko stated.
