An advocate, under the leadership of the New Delta initiative, ( NDI) Comr. Ezekiel Kagbala has enjoined President Muhammadu Buhari to with no hesitation, redress the current economic crises perverting the country.
Following his statement issued in Asaba, Delta State, the advocate noted that It is no longer a secret that Nigerians are experiencing severe economic crisis. He insisted that the Federal government should not act as though the situation of the country has gone out of control.
Kagbala called on Buhari to act now as the exorbitant price of goods and services is biting harder on the nation.
“Under the leadership of President Buhari, cost of living in Nigeria has increased in every aspect of daily lives, Government agencies even the president seems not to care about instituting measures toward regulating the exponential increase of food prices In the face of the economic hardship”,
“The price of cooking gas has skyrocketed so much that Nigerians groan in excruciating pains and depression”
“The poor economic and security approach of Buhari and his impotent economic team has failed woefully”
The Nigerian Federal Government should have re-think deeply about protecting the social-economic rights of the citizenry if we must all survive.
