These were the comments of the member representing Bomadi and Patani federal constituency, Delta State, Honourable Nicholas Mutu during his condolence visit to the Penawous in Akugbene Town , Bomadi Local Government Area, Delta State over the death of Late Mrs Yelebimoere Kasua Penawou who died recently.
According to Hon. Mutu,Late Mrs Yelebimoere Kasua Penawou devotion to her children while *growing up, made them what they are today in society. He added also that Hon. Kelly Penawou who is Special Adviser to the Delta state Governor *on Local Government /Chieftancy Affairs* and Chief Joseph Penawou, big time business man today is a true reflection of the *good qualities their mother inculcated in them*.
He described Late Mrs Yelebimoere Kasua Penawou, as a virtuous woman whose vocation *was built on* love, peace, *unity, accommodating and a pride of the family as well as* the community.
Mutu asked mothers to live up to their responsibility by guiding their children right and giving them the right values, saying for Nigeria to attain her status in the comity of Nations, mothers should try to maintain their position in nation building.
The Chairman, House Committee on Gas told the Penawous, that nothing takes God by surprise, saying their mother lived a fulfilled life, and her contributions towards them *and society* was not wasted.
Mutu encouraged them to bear the *loss* and maintain the good legacies she left behind.
Mutu, emphasised *that Mama lived a good life* and her commitment to community development was unprecedented. He therefore, asked the Penawous to be grateful to God to have gotten *such a great mother whose impact was greatly felt in society*.
Meanwhile, *responding* on behalf of the family, Special Adviser to the Delta State Governor, Hon. Kelly Penawou thanked Hon. Mutu for the condolence visit, saying their lives are deeply influence by their mother. He said she was a real mother who does not tolerate indiscipline
