The head, breath, legs, and one hand were discovered buried in the church at the alter with the other bodies when the parts of her bodies were excavated.
Mercy, who has been running her ‘ ashawo’ business in the local government for not long, has no known relatives who can help her locate her parents or hometown.
While the preacher remains at large, the police have obtained some information from the criminals who revealed that the pastor paid them seven hundred thousand naira to assist him in performing the rituals and obtaining the girl.
People in the area used their phones and cameras to capture the event as it happened.
The deceased’ s remains have been taken to the Okene hospital. And the search for the pastor’ s whereabouts is still ongoing.
