The presidential candidate of Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi and Labour Party have officially taken legal steps to challenge the outcome of the presidential election.
They’ve filed a motion seeking permission to inspect materials and also obtain certified copies of documents in the custody of INEC.
Obi, while addressing a world press conference yesterday Thursday stated that he would challenge the process of the just concluded elections reasons being that it was far from being a free, fair and credible election.
