Joe Igbokwe, the Special Adviser for Drainage & Water Resources to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos state, has stated that for choosing not to connect to the centre, Igbos will continue to lose out.
The APC chieftain said this via Facebook while reacting to APGA candidate, Charles Soludo leading in the Anambra governorship election which took place on November 6.
According to Joe Igbokwe, he felt that Igbos would have moved past ethnic politics issues and worked to connect to the centre to meet different Nigerians however reverse was the case.
In his words;
”I had thought that igbo will move beyond ethnic politics and work to connect to the center to meet other Nigerians but ife ji ndigbo jisi ha ike.
We will continue to be onlookers.”
