For those insulting me via inbox because I spoke openly about the Covid 19 Palliative uneven distribution in Urhobo Land. Let me tell you how I got my palliative in UK.

During the Covid 19 Lockdown, the UK government made sure its Citizens and Residents LACKED NOTHING.

My children’s school made available £60 voucher every month to buy food for the children and there was a food bank at my children’s school where we could go take food as we want every Monday.

Every Wednesday the school calls to check on us and ask if we need any additional support and we should not fail to request.

At our community centre there were 5 different free food banks for fruits and all sort of food items to help anyone who have issues with food.

Through a scheme called Universal Credit, the government paid our rent all through the Covid 19 and gave us money towards feeding and living cost. We got £2,100 pounds monthly, in Naira it this N1,000,000 monthly  ( ONE MILLION NAIRA MONTHLY ), this was calculated based on the number of my household. This payment was made for 5 months ( MARCH 2020 – JULY2020)

Further to that the government also directed banks to hold on to Mortgage, landlords, Electricity , loans, gas distributors three months payment  and extend payments over the next up coming months. This is to allow citizens and residents sort out their finances.

My church had a food bank as well and were calling weekly to check up on us and they had a truck that delivered food to any member in need and also financial assistance .

The banks offered no interest on loans during the Covid 19 lockdown.

The UK Buses & Train were FREE , no charges was collected for 4 months .

In fact I added weight during this Covid Pandemic. To sum it up we never LACKED . I got this benefits not because I belonged to any political party in UK, not because I was black, I am not even British but because I am Human.

So when you see me talking about uneven distribution of palliative in my beloved Urhobo Communities I feel pained . let’s not make everything about APC OR PDP. The children of our politicians you are fighting for are all here enjoying this benefits too .

Be the voice of Injustice, be the voice of the Vulnerable urhobo people in your communities. You are in Nigeria and you can’t speak the truth and defend our people, am abroad running one of the most successful tribal group on Facebook and speaking the truth for my people.
