Falana & Falana’s Chambers, a popular law firm owned by renowned human rights lawyer, Femi Falana (SAN), has asked the Lagos State Police Command to invite controversial journalist, Kemi Olunloyo, to explain a “reckless allegation” she made against Late Sylvester Oromoni.
It would be recalled that the Journalist alleged that the 12-year-old student of Dowen College was willing to join the bad boy gang.
According to her, the beating the boy received was one of the procedures for him to join the gang.
She added that the black substance found on the 12-year-old deceased’s body was engine oil given to him to drink.
Reacting to this, the solicitors to the family of late Sylvester Oromoni accused Kemi Olunloyo of attempting to destroy the name of the deceased on social media by making such allegation.
The law firm went on to urge the Deputy Commissioner of Police at the State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti, Lagos, to invite the journalist for questioning.
