A man named Chiedu Ama allegedly r*ped his 9-year-old daughter in Lokpanta, Obichie Ukomi, Abia state.
In the video shared online, the victim narrated how it all happened.
According to her, her father r*ped 5 times.
She went on to state that her father tells her to strip then he applies oil to her private part before the act.
