Man denies killing his late pregnant wife as her corpse remains 10 months in the morgue

A man (name withheld) from a popular town in Anambra State has denied the allegation levelled against him that he killed his wife who was seven months pregnant.
An eye witness told Emerald News that the man who got wedded with his heartrob no fewer than one year has been in agony over the allegation while saying that he never thought such evil against his wife whom he loved so much.
Our source said that the family of the late woman maintained that their in-law used his wife for a money ritual while dumping the remain of the woman for ten months now in the mortuary.
Emerald News gathered that the accused cried out that the death of his wife was a big blow and shock to him, adding that he doesn’t know the reason why his in-laws should think such evil about him.
An eye witness said that while the case is still going on, the members of the village have been pleading with the woman’s family to allow the body of their daughter to be buried first while they continue with the investigation on what happened to her.
