A man, Mr. Donatus Ekere, who allegedly saw a piece of condom in his wife’s hand bag has threatened to quit the marriage.
An eye witness told this online medium that Mr. Ekere who lived in Lagos with his wife went back to his village this year February and complained to his kinsmen that unless his wife, Mrs. Mabel Ekere, took an oath to deny that she is not having extra marital affairs, that he will not live with her again as a her husband.
Our source said that his wife who said that the condom was not her own but her younger brother’ s own refused to swear any oath as she kept on saying that the condom belongs to her brother.
Emerald News gathered that Mr. Ekere who did not agree to his wife’s explanation said he has been suspecting his wife because both of them do not stay together during the week days except on weekends.
According to our source, Mr. Ekere usually stays in Ikeja where he works and goes back to his family house in Lagos Island at weekends.
Emerald News also gathered that when he reported to his kindreds about the matter, they told Mabel to swear an oath to prove her innocence but she bluntly refused.
