This man, Engr. Maxim Benjamin, is very jealous to a fault as he has ordered his wife to quit her secondary school WhatsApp group chat. The group was created to connect their set who completed the secondary school over 25 years ago.
An eye witness told Emerald News that since January this year his wife joined the group chat, Mr. Benjamin noticed that some of the males in the group were calling and chatting his wife often.
Emerald News gathered that Mr. Benjamin complained to his wife that he was not comfortable with the manner some males in the group relate with her.
Our source said that Mrs. Benjamin who was shocked over her husband’s submission tried to explain to her husband that is not only the males that call and chat her privately but both the males and females because of the excitement of connecting with one another after 25 years they finished secondary school.
An eye witness said that Mr. Benjamin has earlier told his wife not to chat with those men which she obeyed by telling the men calling her not to chat or call her again because of her husband.
Emerald News gathered that Mr. Benjamin was not satisfied with that and went further to order his wife to totally quit the group chat or she goes back to her father’s house.
According to our source, Mrs. Benjamin who felt that her right was being trampled upon told her husband that she will not quit the group after all, she is not the only married woman in the group.
Emerald News gathered that at the time of writing this report, Mr. Benjamin is still threatening his wife of losing him as her husband if she does not quit the group.
Our source said that Mrs. Benjamin refused to obey her husband’s order as she said she has freedom of association.
