A man (name withheld) from Anioma area of Delta state has slumped and gave up the ghost while engaging in argument with his first son in the hospital where he was admitted to receive treatment.
An eye witness told Emerald News that the man in his late 60s lost his wife who was the mother of the boy and his siblings few years ago and later decided to remarry another woman this year January.
Our source said that his son was against his father marrying another woman which made two of them to always have disagreements.
Emerald News gathered that the man fell sick few weeks after his wedding and was admitted in a private hospital in Asaba.
An eye witness told Emerald News that his son went to the hospital to see how his father was faring, his father who was coming out of the bathroom where he took his bath saw him and started shouting on top of his voice, asking his son why he came to the hospital.
According to our source, his son was yet to utter one word before the man slumped and gave up the ghost.
His son and wife tried to revive him when the doctor of the hospital came and confirmed him dead.
Emerald News gathered that the doctor suspected that the late man died of high blood pressure.
