Mayor of Urhoboland mocks critics of Tantita Security, Tomopolo, Amnesty boss, says PAP no more cashcow

In a seeming mockery of those he described as self acclaimed owners of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, the Mayor of Urhoboland, Eshanekpe Israel a.k.a Akpodoro, said they are kicking like a dying horse due to the refusal of the Administrator of the PAP, Dr Dennis Otuaro, to patronise their greedy demands for award of contracts that won’t be executed but paid for upfront in full.

Akpodoro said Dr. Otuaro has jettisoned such a norm just as he advised that the earlier they accept that the programme is no more a cashcow, the better for them adding that phoney contracts were awarded to the ‘owners of the programme’ to appease them in the past through which they syphoned billions of naira unaccounted.

According to the Mayor, who spoke to journalists over the weekend at the Palace of the Mayor of Urhoboland in Ughelli, Delta State, Nigeria, the attackers of the Tantita Security Services, Chief Government Ekpemukpolo a.k.a Tomopolo and the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Dr. Dennis Otuaro, were kicking their last like a dying horse due to hunger arising from “laziness and the removal of feeding bottle from their mouth” by the current administration.

He m noted the administrator of PAP has refused to do the bidding of those who see themselves as owners of the programme right from inception and constituted clog in the wheel of the programme.

Reacting to what he described as a stinker posted by one Jude Gbayobor on his verified Facebook account where he “attacked the appointment of Dr. Otuaro, the NNPCL , the TSSNL Surveillance contract allegedly scornfully talked down on the Tompolo, otherwise known as GOC.”

Akpodoro said Gbayobor who was formerly the Staff Officer, Data Management, in the PAP office in Abuja, was paranoid having lost his job to flippancy and maladministration occasioned by ‘cheap gossip’ saying, a man as knowledgeable as Dr. Otuaro can never work with a non reputable person in the new administration.

According to the Mayor, Dr. Otuaro is standing the office on the pedestal of productivity, capacity, administrative doctrine, and efficiency while he creates a cutting edge administration where those lacking in character and good conscience may find difficult to work.

The cries by the footsoldiers of oil thieves Akpodoro noted is loud among those whose financiers have been displaced by the TSSNL owned and managed by Tomopolo in the creeks of the Niger Delta.

He added that the surveillance security contract being executed by TSSNL has brought hardship to those who relish oil theft and their errand boys. “Therefore, it won’t be out of place for their minions to rant on social media street.

“While TSSNL chased them out of the creeks, PAP under Dr. Otuaro removed their hands off slush funds. Our advise to them is they should go, get a life in legitimate businesses, and stop wheeling in crimes and criminalities.

“They should learn to embrace the realities of the Amnesty Programme and stop snivelling. Otuaro is restoring hope and empowering communities in the region. It will always get better when the liabilities on the programme are removed as he is perfectedly doing,” the Urhobo-born Mayor stated.

He called on youths and persons of the Niger Delta to rally round Dr. Otuaro for him to reposition the programme for the benefit of all concerned, adding that Chief Ekpemukpolo ‘GOC’ remains the undisputed champion of the Niger Delta struggle and should be so recognised and honoured by all.

The Mayor sought the investigation and possible arrest of those attempting to stoke crisis in the region due to their inordinate desire to loot the programme to its bone marrow as he called on the National Security Adviser, to the President, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, the Directorate of State Security Service, DSS, the Nigeria Police Force and other security apparatus to beam searchlight on those he called enablers of anarchy in the region.
