A woman by name Mrs. Maria Eke has reportedly broken her step mother’s kitchen with an axe and threw her cooking utensils out in Awka, the capital city of Anambra state.
Our correspondent reports that problem started when Mrs. Ezenwa visited her father’s house along with her children to attend her uncle’s burial ceremony when she met the kitchen under lock and key.
Emerald News reports that Mrs. Ezenwa excercised patience until her step mother whom her father said she went for a women’s village meeting came back and refused to open the kitchen.
She brought out her food items she came with from her car and was going to their kitchen when her father’s wife started to push her and told her that she would not enter her kitchen.
Mrs. Ezenwa was said to be furious and took an axe beside the kitchen and broke the kitchen door, entered inside and threw her step mother’s things from the kitchen to the store.
Eye witness told our reporter that when the women of the community asked her why she threw her step mother’s kitchen utensils out, she stated that the kitchen was built by her late mother before her father married a new wife.çvv Dec
