Anambra governor-elect, Prof Charles Soludo has advised those eyeing various positions under his administration to stop frequenting his Isuofia country home in Aguata local government area but prepare their CVs ahead of the swearing in ceremony when the panel would be set up.
Soludo spoke through the Coordinator Anambra Leadership Forum, Mr Samuel Ejimofor.
He said prospective members of the Anambra Executive Council under Soludo’s stewardship might officially apply to be part of government instead of the old order of making recommendations by some tin gods in the area.
He said applicants might likely write applications, attach their certificates and curriculum vitae and go through oral and written interviews before a panel of judges to merit their positions.
He added that there were increasing pressure to enlarge the number of the Transition Committee of the Anambra Governor elect Prof Charles Soludo from the present eighty members to about ninety given the short time available to complete their assignment.
He said, “People should not be in a hurry and the old system of someone introducing their relations and imposing the people on the governor and forcing it down his throat has gone.
