Senator Ned Munir Nwoko, senator representing Delta North senatorial district, on Sunday, July 16, joined the Delta State governor, His Excellency Rt.Hon.Sheriff Oborevwori, immediate past Governor Senator Ifeanyi Okowa and other distinguished Deltans and well-wishers to attend the victory thanksgiving and reception of the Deputy Governor of Delta state, His Excellency Sir Monday Onyeme.
As a true-blue supporter of Sheriff/Onyeme candidature during the governorship campaign, Senator Nwoko’s participation in the victory celebration showcased the spirit of unity and solidarity within the party.
Despite his busy schedule in Abuja, Senator Nwoko made a special effort to attend the thanksgiving event, flying in to join the celebrations. His presence at the gathering highlighted his commitment to the success and accomplishments of the Governorship duo.
The reception which held in an open field in Ibabu Onicha-Ukwuani in Ndokwa West local government area of the state welcomed several distinguished personalities and political figures, they include: Speaker Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Emomotimi Guwor, Deputy Speaker, Rt. Hon Olorogun Barr Arthur Akpowowo, and State PDP Chairman, Olorogun Barr. Kingsley Esiso.
Also present were Ndokwa/Ukwuani House of Representatives Member, Rt. Hon Nnamdi Ezechi, and Desopadec Commissioner Representing Ndokwa Ethnic Nationality, Dr. Chief Olisa Charles, alongside various other party leaders.
