With the continued surge of fuel scarcity, the SDP governorship candidate in Delta state, Olorogun Barrister Kenneth Gbagi took it upon himself to fuel over a thousand motorcycles and tricycles at Ganico creation petrol station in Ughelli South and Sagwe petrol station in Udu Local Government Area on Monday 9th of January 2023.

Gbagi,a renowned philanthropist has felt the need to alleviate the poverty and lack that Deltans face, hence the mandate to liberate Delta state via the 2023 governorship elections.

The turn out was massive as okada riders and Keke drivers trooped down to get a share of the generous outreach of Gbagi.

The people expressed their gratitude with declarations of allegiance to the gubernatorial candidate.

“Gbagi for governor, No challenge”, could be heard all over as they thanked him for lessening the burden even if for the day.

One of the Keke drivers who spoke to Emerald News, said: “What Governor Okowa cannot do is what Gbagi has done today. Gbagi is a man of the people, in fact he should be the governor of our state, person like Gbagi if he becomes the governor today, I think that we will be entitled to good roads, free education, electricity. You can see that he has done a lot in Oginibo. He can still do a lot in other communities.
