Omoyele Sowore, the former presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC), has criticized the recent meeting between President Bola Tinubu and the ‘G-5’ members, which includes Nyesom Wike (Rivers), Samuel Ortom (Benue), Ifeanyi Ugwanyi (Enugu), Okezie Ikpeazu (Abia) and Seyi Makinde (Oyo). former governors of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
The meeting was held in Abuja on Thursday, and Sowore took to his official Twitter handle to react, calling the former governors “Hustlers United” and naming former Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike as someone now dealing with the reality of his “wicked and corrupt existence.” Sowore also referred to other former governors as the “ex-Abia Gov. Isi-Slippers” and “Mr. Do-Nothing from Benue.”
The tweet reads, and “FROM G-5 TO G-STRING: HUSTLERS UNITED! From so-called Powerful “G-5” Governors to Perforated G-String Ex-Governors (except for Makinde who is a serving governor).
“The hustle is real. @GovWike is now dealing with the reality of his wicked and corrupt existence, just like the ex-Abia Gov. Isi-Slippers, and that loudspeaker and Mr. Do-Nothing from Benue who used “Fulani” as an excuse to never get anything done, not even salaries of his workers. Like the Bourbons of France, “They had learned nothing and forgotten nothing.” [sic].
