Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi and his campaign train visited the palace of HRM. Barr. Peremobowei Shadrack Erebulu, the Aduo III, The Pere of Kabowei Kingdom.

The monarch was flanked by the two other traditional rulers, Ebenana Owei of tarakiri Kingdom and Hrm Dr Owoupele Danladi Foubiri the Ebenana Owei of kumbowei Kingdom and also the Chiefs.

The governorship candidate of SDP, was accompanied by the Deputy Chief Mrs. Oshilim Ishioma Rosemary, the DG of his campaign Prof Jiff Mokobia, Elder Fred Owotorufa and other party state executives.

The monarch received Gbagi who is a friend of the house.

He said ” We’ve listened keenly, to everyone that has spoken, starting from the DG, and also to the gubernatorial candidate of the SDP, this is not the first time we are listening to you, apparently this is not the second time too, but we are today in our land listening to you and you’ve come, you’ve seen what is obtainable in Patani local government, and I’m sure you are taking note of these things.

It’s a notorious fact that you are an industrialist, everyone already knows that about you.

Anyone that knows Delta state and knows Warri, you would definitely know Robinson plaza, you cannot be in Warri and not know Robinson plaza, neither can you know Warri and not know PTI junction or Signatous hotel and other investments you have within the state. And listening to you today, you have brought out laudable projects and ideas that you have in stock for our dear state and for Patani local government in particular.

It is our prayer that God will grant you grace to bring them to reality for us to see.

You’ve come today to Patani not to listen but to speak and you’ve done that, you intend going to the local government to enlighten our people and talk to our people that politics today, goes beyond party boundaries but it’s individuals that we are looking at now.

That’s what we have also come to say today.

We’ve heard you, you have come to seek our prayers and advice, our prayers today are with you.

The three kingdoms are ably represented by the three kings here and as my colleague leads the prayer we believe that the ancestors of the three kingdoms and God in heaven will grant your heart desires that you’ve come with.

And to give you that which you seek to help Delta state and to help Patani in particular”.

The courtesy call ended on a high note after the heartfelt prayers and pouring of blessings on the candidate.

Thereafter the campaign train took the liberation message to the campaign ground and the streets of Patani local government area.
