Barrister Kennedy Kanma, the Labour Party senatorial candidate for Delta North has enjoined all support groups to work for all the party candidates in order for the party to win all the elections in the state.
Barrister Kanma spoke on Monday when he joined a meeting with all support groups in the state at the party secretariat in Asaba the Delta state capital.
He told the groups that it is important for them to support all the candidates so that the incoming administration of Peter Obi will fulfill all its plans for Nigerians without glitches from either national assembly members or governors in the states.
He told the support groups that Peter Obi needed men of likeminds devoid of corruption tendencies to speed up his objectives of changing Nigeria from consumption to production economy.
Barrister Kanma who is already gaining ground in Delta North said: “We will support you to work for Peter Obi but you also need to work with us. If you work for Peter Obi and you work against us you are working against Peter Obi.
“If you are working for Peter Obi, it also means you work for us, the candidates for other positions. This is very important. If we must work for a better Nigeria being championed by Peter Obi, we must work with other candidates. This is because Peter Obi cannot do it alone.
“If you do anything for Peter Obi, you also need to do it for his lieutenants. This is very important for the speedy recovery of Nigeria, free from corruption and economic mess.”
