The Presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP),Peter Obi has swept Delta State with an enormous victory in the 2023 Presidential elections.
This was announced by the Delta State Presidential Election Collation Officer (SCOPE), Prof. Owunari Abraham Georgewill of the University of Port-Harcourt today Tuesday, 28 February, 2023, at the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Delta State Headquarters, Asaba.
The total registered voters is said to be 3,225,046 while accredited voters 667,149. The Labour Party candidate won with a swooping figure of 341,866.
