An Igbo parlance says that if a promiscuous woman marries two husbands, she will know the one that is better.
This is the exact case of Mr. Babatunde Okeowo who rejected his wife, Mrs. Labeke Okeowo because she has not given birth to a male child.
It was gathered that Mr. Okeowo who lives in Ibadan, Oyo state after ten years of marrying Labeke decided to marry a second wife whom he hoped would give him male children.
Our source said that Labeke who was a full time house wife was frustrated as her husband no longer takes care of her and her two kids.
Emerald News gathered that Labeke’s school mate invited her to her house in Lagos and accommodated her with her two girls.
Our source said that Labeke was given money by her school mate to start up a business to earn a living for herself.
Our correspondent learnt that after six years, Mr. Okeowo got disappointed over his second wife for giving birth to three girls and threw his new wife again out of his house.
An eye witness told Emerald News that presently, Labeke who is doing very well in her business is single handedly training her first daughter in the university.
Our source said that she has been receiving unending calls from her husband asking her to come back to his house in Ibadan.
Our source told Emerald News that Labeke said though she has forgiven her husband, she cannot afford to leave her prosperous business to go back to him.
