According to a report by Yabaleft, Davido’s account was restricted because of the inflow of over N130 million in a day.
Recall that Davido made sure to give update of the amount his money had gotten to from time to time as he received numerous credit alerts and it was noticed in his recent updates, that debits have restricted from the account, meaning as of this moment, he can’t withdraw any money from the account.
Most times, banks place an account on Post-No- Debit [PND] which is basically an instruction not to allow any withdrawals or transfer from the bank account of account owners, essentially blocking the account from outflows. It is usually drastic a measure taken to reclaim any illegal inflow into an account.
Given the influx of money that went into Davido’s account yesterday it is quite understandable why his account was placed on PND.

Young Dolph killed in Memphis
America rapper Young Dolph was shot dead by lone gunman on Wednesday in Memphis Tennessee. He was 36 years old.
Fox affiliate WHBQ and CBS affiliate WREG reported that the shooting occurred outside a local business Makeda’s Butter Coookie on Aireways Blvd.
His dead evoked memories of the fatal shooting of rapper Nipsy Hussie in Los Angeles in March, 2019.
Maurice Hill, the owner of Makeda’s told the outlets that Young Dolph, who was best known for his feature on the 2015 O.T Genasis hit ‘Cut it’, had entered his place of business to buy cookies.
A vehicle approached and someone fired the fatal shot on him.
The Memphis Police Department issued a statement asking for information on the shooter, without identifying the victim as Young Dolph.
‘Officers are on the scene of a shooting at 2370 Airways. One male victim was located and was pronounced dead. No suspect information is available at this time.
The victim will be identified once the next of kin notification has been completed.

Young Dolph [ne Adolph Robert Thornton Jr.] broke onto the scene in 2016 with his debut album King of Memphis.

Following Davido’s footstep, other celebrities also shared their account details on their instagram handles, asking for donations.
Nollywood actor and host of Gulder Ultimate Search, Remi shared his account details on his instagram page writing, ‘If I have made you laugh at my Tiktoks at all, send me money. You cannot unlaugh all the laughs’.
At the time of filling this report, donations made to Davido had climbed to over N131 millon.
