The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has shared an update on the number of Nigerians in Ukraine that have moved into Poland, Romania and Hungary.
The update was given in a statement signed by its Permanent Secretary, Ambassador Gabriel Aduda,
According to the statement, 130 Nigerians have safely moved from Ukraine to Bucharest, Romania.
They have also been provided with accommodation and are now being processed for the final evacuation to Nigeria.
The ministry added that 74 Nigerians have safely exited Ukraine to Hungary while another 200 are being expected.
23 other Nigerians have safely crossed to Poland.
