Delta Central lawmaker, Senator Ede Dafinone, has congratulated the Vice President of Nigeria, Senator Kashim Shettima, GCON, on the occasion of his 59th birthday anniversary.
In a goodwill message issued on Tuesday, Dafinone described Shettima as a patriotic statesman whose journey in public service has been defined by resilience, humility, and uncommon leadership.
“On behalf of my family and the good people of Delta Central Senatorial District, I heartily felicitate with the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, Senator Kashim Shettima, as he marks his 59th birthday,” Dafinone said.
The senator praised Shettima’s role in supporting President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, noting that his contributions have been pivotal in driving economic revival, security reforms, and social stability.
“At 59, you stand as a shining example of purposeful leadership, dedication to public service, and unyielding loyalty to the Nigerian project. The nation is blessed to have you at the centre of governance at such a critical time in our history,” the statement added.
Dafinone further prayed for the Vice President’s continued good health, wisdom, and strength in the service of the nation.
