Senator Ede Dafinone of the Delta Central Senatorial District has expressed deep sorrow over the sudden death of Mr. Sunny Kotor, Senior Special Assistant on Protocol to the Delta State Government.
Mr. Kotor reportedly passed away on Friday, March 20, 2026, in what the senator described as a painful loss to both the government and individuals who had the opportunity to work closely with him.
