Senator Nwoko cheers to growth, unity as Delta turns 32

Senator Ned Munir Nwoko, senator representing Delta North senatorial district has cheered Delta State on the momentous occasion of the State’s 32nd anniversary.

Highlighting the incredible journey of Delta State over the years, Senator Nwoko emphasized the state’s growth, resilience, and unity.

He acknowledged the visionary leadership of past Governors, particularly that of the immediate past Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, whom according to Nwoko played a pivotal role in shaping the state’s history, in areas such as Infrastructure, Education, Women and Youths’ Empowerment.

Nwoko also praised the present state governor, His Excellency Rt.Hon.Sheriff Oborevwori for his continued efforts in fostering statewide harmony which he noted as a key component towards the growth and prosperity of the state.

“Our amazing Delta State is 32 today! From the hustle and bustle of Warri to the serene beauty of Asaba, our state has shown incredible growth and spirit over the years.

“So here’s to us—proud Deltans who’ve contributed to this awesome journey! As we blow out the candles, let’s keep working together, growing together, and making Delta State the best it can be. Happy 32nd anniversary, Delta State!
