The Senior Pastor of Champions Royal Assembly (CRA), FCT Abuja, Pastor Joshua Ingila has said that what informed the building of the 80.000 seaters capacity auditorium popular known as City of Wonders was a vision from God.

Ingila who said this in an interview with newsmen in his church office in FCT added that the project was not for a show but a divine mandate from God.

He noted that God showed him the vision in 1992 and later made the vision clearer in 1996.

The Senior Pastor noted that it was in the year 2007 that he saw the vision again which he said was more understandable.

According to him, it was last year that he was in a vision again when he heard God telling him that the time has come for him to embark on the project, while promising that He would provide the resources needed for the project.

Pastor Ingila posited that the starting point of the project till now that God has been faithful in the provision of the funds for  the building.

He stated that it was not only the tithes and offerings of his member that he depended on for the building of the auditorium and other projects while explaining that he has some Muslim friends who bless him with money.

According to him, the first major money he got in his ministry many years ago was a sum of N50m from a Muslim.

He said that the  Muslim man entered his church and brought out the money and told him that he got an inspiration in his dream to donate money to his church though he does not like what he is preaching.

The pastor, however, added that not only from one Muslim he got financial help from but also from many of them while he described Muslims as highest givers on earth.

The Senior Pastor noted that he as a pastor has been into many businesses that are yielding millions of naira to him such as estate developing, selling of cars, forex and other ventures.

On how much he has spent so far on the 80,000 capacity seater church auditorium, Ingila said he spent about hundreds of billion of naira on the project.

According to him, some men of God and others marvel at the high level of the development in his ministry as many sindicated that he is into money ritual but he debunked all allegation while attributing his success to God’s promises long time ago when he was suffering in the ministry.

He also frowned at the insecurity of the nation while saying that lies and deceits have been the problem of our country.
