This world is turning to a mirage as children of a late man (name withheld) from an undisclosed town in Awka South local government area of Anambra state are confused as a result of 21 deities their late father left before his death.
An eye witness told Emerald News that since the man passed on in June last year during the lockdown, his children have not been able to do their father’s burial.
Emerald News learnt that the late man at the point of the man’s s death, he told his children that they must return all the 21 deities to where he carried them from to avoid tragedy amongst them.
Our source who said that nobody was sure if it was COVID-19 pandemic that killed the man noted that he died after having a day fever.
Emerald News reports that his children swung into action by returning some of their later father’s deity immediately he breathed his last.
According to our source, the late man’s children are still in the process of returning deities as only few deities are yet to be returned.
Our source said that the late man’s children are complaining bitterly why their father decided to cause them much stress.
According to them, the returning of deities is time and money consuming as they engage in a lot of sacrifices to return each of them.
Our source said that the children of the deceased man wanted to work very hard to send the remaining deities back before April 2021 they scheduled to hold the burial ceremony of their father.
Emerald News gathered that the deceased was an idol worshiper who married three wives and had plenty children.
