The cameras roll, the hashtags trend, and the constituency erupts in gratitude. Yet beneath this feel-good spectacle lies a quiet, more revolutionary act: a legislator like Ede, who refuses to hand out fish, but instead builds the fishing rod, stocks the pond, and teaches the art of the catch.
