Miss Ekpoma Gift, a National Diploma graduate of Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro (now upgraded to university), lost her life after bypassing several death attempts orchestrated by a yet-to-be-identified coursemate.
Gift, who studied Science Laboratory Technology (SLT) in the polytechnic was reported dead late hours of Monday, December 20, 2021 after battling with cancer of the breast, allegedly inflicted on her by her coursemate whose mission was to destroy her.
She had, however, undergone an unsatisfactory surgery. Her aliment became irrepressible when death finally whisked her away from the earth.
Her sudden demise has raised uproar in her class WhatsApp group, as a number of angry-depressed coursemates took to their social media handles, screenshots of last messages they recieved from the deceased.
Following the screenshots, it showed how an anonymous who is supposed to be her coursemate issued several threats to her on December 8, 2021.
Message reads:
“You think you will always be ahead of me? Never! It will not be possible. I will gently deal and torture you.
“Who advised you to start going to church and become more powerful and you feel I can’t still deal with? Remember the last accident you had, I wanted to finish you but I don’t know how you survived it. I told you this Asaba you came won’t favour you.
“Pray you see the remaining of this year because I personally will continue dealing with you and I don’t know how you keep escaping my trap but this time around, you won’t escape me.
Foolish girl“.
