God is a miracle worker as a pregnant woman Mrs. Blessing Mordi who was in labour gave birth to her twin baby girl at the popular Ogbogonogo market in Asaba, Delta state.
An eye witness told Emerald News that the pregnant woman, Mrs. Mordi and her husband were rushing to Okwe general hospital, Asaba to give birth to her twins before the girl suddenly slipped out of her mother’s womb at the market square.
Our source said that when the twin girl came out suddenly, women at the market square rallied round Mrs. Blessing and covered her and her baby with their wrappers.
Emerald News gathered that immediately the women brought out their wrappers to wrap the girl, Blessing’s husband, Ikechukwu Mordi ran inside the market and bought a baby powder which everybody at the scene started rubbing on their faces and necks.
Our source said that the couple continued their journey to the general hospital as they knew that the pregnancy was twins.
Emerald News gathered that just at the gate of the hospital, the twin baby boy again slipped down her mother’ s two legs.
According to the eye witness, Mr. Mordi who said that he had got five girls and believing God for a baby boy out of excitement jumped up and started dancing.
An eye witness said that Mr. Mordi”s joy knew no bounds as he and his wife did not bother to check the sexes of their twins while they were in their mother’s womb.
Mr. Mordi was jubilating while sharing again baby powder to the eye witnesses.
The nurses on duty however carried the twin babies inside the hospital ward for intensive care
