The devil is working hard to cause divorce in many homes as a woman (name withheld) has openly threatened to put a rat poison in her husband’s food if he did not start giving her enough money for her maintenance.
Emerald News gathered that the woman’s husband (name withheld) recently called his family members for a meeting in his apartment at 3.3 area of Onitsha, Anambra state and reported to them how his wife threatened to kill him with a rat poison if he did sit up to his responsibility of taking care of her.
This meduim gathered that the man told his family members that his wife suddenly started going out with some flamboyant women in their area for some few months now adding that he has lost his peace and trust over her.
According to an eye witness, the man complained to his family members that before now, he has been taking care of his wife with their four children without any problem.
Our source said that the woman recently started demanding that her husband should be giving her the sum of N2000 daily aside the feeding money he gives her daily.
Our source said that the man expressed shock that when he did not agree with his wife’s condition, she got angry and told him right in his face that she will kill him with a rat poison.
Emerald News gathered that when the woman was summoned to defend herself from the accusation, she boldly agreed that she said such a thing with anger as her husband does not buy clothes, shoes, jewelries
and other materials for her like hiusbands of her friends do to them.
Our source said that the surprised looking family members of the man asked her if her husband is not taking care of the family bills which she confirmed to them that he does.
An eye witness told Emerald News that the family members however urged their wife to calm down and stop making some unnecessary requests from her husband to avoid divorce.
