The All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, has mocked All Progressives Congress governorship candidate, Andy Uba as the court declares candidacy illegal.
It would be recalled that on Monday, Federal High Court in Abuja held that Mr Uba was never a candidate in the poll having emerged from an illegally conducted primary election by the APC.
Reacting to this in an interview with PUNCH, APGA National Chairman, Victor Oye, hailed the court’s decision.
While praising the judiciary for showing courage in the face of adversity and intimidation by members of the party of the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), Victor noted that Andy Uba made his “worst mistake” by failing to accept that APGA candidate, Chukwuma Soludo won the November 6 Anambra State Governorship Election.
