Unknown gunmen have invaded a police station n Imo state. This invasion was carried out on Saturday night.
According to PUNCH Newspaper, the gunmen razed the police station after collecting all the arms in the storage
It is the Isiala Mbano Divisional Police headquarters situated in Umuelemai area of Imo state.
PUNCH reports that the gunmen freed all the suspects in the detention facility and carted away the Ames in the station
They were said to have condoned off the divisional headquarters in Umueze and opened fire on the station in Umuelemai
They sacked the police officers on duty, freed the suspects in detention, invaded the arms storage and set the police station on fire.
