The people of Delta state who are resident in these six local government areas, we are again, sending messages to every one of you. Take note there is coronavirus everywhere. The six local government council areas in Delta are Oshimil South, Warrri South, Uvwie, Ughelli North, Sapele and Oshimili North.

As at the time of filing this report, Oshimili South which comprises Asaba, Okwe and Oko area has 351 cases of coronavirus, Warri South has 161 cases, Uwvie has 145, Ughelli North has 122, Oshimili North 107 while Sapele has 100 cases in the state.

On daily basis, the cases are rising in these areas. The government has been giving all kinds of warning to the people of Delta to remain watchful and vigilant. The fact is that we must do business with people but we must not forget that there is coronavirus in the state an even in your community.

We must not wave it aside. We are all hearing all that is happening to people everywhere, so must take precautions and adhere to all the protocols put in place by thee Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC). We must not join the crowd who do not believe in the existence of the virus. We must be on our guide every day.

We must wear our facemasks which has become part of our dressing. We must watch our hands. We must stay away from crowded places. We must not attend big parties, birth days, heavy burial ceremonies, heavily packed weddings and other parties where people are very many.
