While the LGA Returning Officer reported that a particular place votes did not pass through BVAS and was cancelled, the APC for the Oshimili North LGA protested that most of the votes declared for Oshimili North didn’t pass through the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) and were accepted by the Returning Officer
