Dr. Michael Nwoko, an erstwhile aide of former governor Ifeanyi Okowa has congratulated Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on his tribunal victory.
On Friday, the 3-man tribunal led by Justice HC Ahuchaogu delivered a landmark judgment dismissing the petition of Senator Ovie Omo-Agege candidate of the All Progressive Congress, saying Omo-Agege’s petition lacked merit and has no proof that Oborevwori did not win the election.
In a congratulatory message made available to Emerald News, Dr. Michael Nwoko popularly called The Political Oshobe, said the victory of the governor is an attestation to his victory during the general elections.
He said the victory showed that Governor Sheriff Oborevwori is the popular choice of the people, adding that his victory at the polls had been proved.
Dr. Nwoko, a former senior special assistant to former governor Ifeanyi Okowa noted that Oborevwori is a man loved by Deltans, hence his victory is Victory for all Deltans.
He commended the tribunal judges for affirming the victory of the governor just as he implored the governor to continue his good job for the overall good of all Deltans.
