Okowa Swears in Patrick Ukah as Delta SSG
Delta State Governor Sen Ifeanyi Okowa Monday swore in former commissioner for information, Basic Education Chief Patrick Ukah as Secretary to the State Government.
The ceremony took place at the Unity Hall, Government House Asaba. Other nine special advisers were also sworn in with him at Delta Government House.
Deputy Governor Barr Kingsley Otuaro, Minority Leader House of Representatives Hon Ndudi Elumelu House of Assembly Memebrs led by the Speaker Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, Head of Service Sir Reginald Bayoko , Delta PDP Chairman Barr Kingsley Esiso , Immidate past SSG Sir Chiedu Ebie, Hon Festus Agas and other dignitaries attended the ceremony.
