Aides to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, Patriot Dantes and his wife, Sophia Odogwu, have taken a bold step to contribute to the the governor’s achievement in Delta state.
The duo have agreed that they will organise a monthly quiz competition which will focus on on questions that test contestants’ broad knowledge of Governor Okowa’s policies, objectives, activities and projections across the spectra of governance.
Odogwo made the decision known in a post he made on facebook on Monday night.
PATRIOT DANTES & SOPHIA ODOGWU QUIZ COMPETITION & STIPENDS OF ASSISTANCE
In line with our resolve to contribute our modest quota to the Okowa- led Government and humanity, myself and Sophia have decided to organize a monthly quiz competition which shall be focusing on questions that test contestants’ broad knowledge of the Government’s policies, objectives, activities & projections across the spectra of governance.
The monthly questions of the quiz shall always be posted on the 25th at 9am and all entries will be received until 9pm which shall be the deadline. Thereafter, the results shall be announced on the 30th of same month with the first, second and third winners taking away N20,000, N10,000, N5,000 respectively.
Furthermore, Sophia & I will also be giving stipends of N5,000 each to a minimum of 15 persons who shall be selected monthly and randomly from our online supporters, friends, followers ACROSS PARTY LINES. The stipends shall always be given out on the 30th of every month.
Lastly, may I say quickly that while it shall always remain our unflinching resolve to project the Governor Okowa- led government by any means possible, it is also our decision to assist humanity in whatever ways possible. Afterall, that is the true essence of life: to be a blessing to humanity
