Dr. Michael Nwoko, FRSPH, the South-South Zonal Coordinator for Contact and Mobilization of the City Boy Movement and Convener of Youth Structure for Asiwaju (YS4A), has called on Nigerian citizens and residents across the South-South geopolitical zone to actively participate in the ongoing All Progressives Congress (APC) membership registration exercise.
Nwoko, in a statement issued through his media office, urged both existing members of the party and new entrants to take advantage of the registration exercise, describing it as an important step towards strengthening the party and expanding citizens’ participation in national development.
According to him, the exercise provides an opportunity to build a stronger and more united political structure capable of driving positive change and development across communities in the South-South and Nigeria at large.
He said active participation by citizens and residents would help strengthen the APC’s presence, foster unity among members and supporters, and promote collective efforts towards building a prosperous future.
Nwoko, who also serves as Convener of the Youth Structure for Asiwaju, stressed that the involvement of young people and other Nigerians in the political process remains vital to the country’s democratic growth and development.
“Your participation is vital. Join us today to be part of the movement that aims to bring positive change and development to Nigeria,” he said.
The City Boy Movement South-South Contact and Mobilization Coordinator further called on residents of the region to unite and work collectively towards the advancement and prosperity of the nation.
He urged interested citizens to embrace the opportunity presented by the APC membership registration exercise and contribute their quota to building a stronger political movement and a better Nigeria.
“Let us unite and work together towards a prosperous Nigeria,” Nwoko added.
