The National President of the Niger Delta Youth For Good Governance (NDYFGG), Comrade Lucky Ukueku, has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for granting presidential pardon to Kelvin Ezigbe and others.

In a statement issued in Abuja over the weekend, Ukueku praised the President’s thoughtful decision, noting that it demonstrates compassion and empathy towards fellow citizens. He stated that such gestures will forever be remembered by the people.

Ukueku also extended his commendation to the Mayor of Urhobo land, Eshanekpe Israel (Akpodoro), for his tireless efforts in advocating for the pardon of Kelvin Oniarah and Frank Azuekor.

He described Mayor Akpodoro as a leader with an unrivalled love for his people and noted that his advocacy for clemency has been personal and unwavering.

According to Ukueku, President Tinubu’s decision to grant pardon to Ezigbe and Azuekor, among others, showcases his commitment to rehabilitation and reintegration.

He emphasized that the President’s administration wears a human face and is driven by a visionary leadership that appreciates accelerated change and development.
