Senator Ned Munir Nwoko, the representative of Delta North senatorial district, has conveyed a heartfelt message to commemorate the celebration of Eid al-Adha, particularly addressing Muslims worldwide and those residing in his constituency.

On Wednesday, June 28, Senator Nwoko shared his message through his media office in Abuja, emphasizing unity and inclusivity. He extended warm greetings to the Arewa community within his district, recognizing the significance of this joyous occasion for them.

Highlighting the commemoration of Prophet Ibrahim’s (Abraham) devotion and sacrifice, Eid al-Adha represents values such as faith, compassion, and generosity. Senator Nwoko’s complete message expresses these sentiments:

“Today, we celebrate the joyous occasion of Eid al-Adha, a significant festival for our Muslim brothers and sisters across the globe. On this day, Muslims honor the devotion and sacrifice of Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham), embodying values of faith, compassion, and generosity.

“I acknowledge and honor the diversity within our nation, particularly the presence of the Arewa community in my senatorial district. Our strength lies in embracing our differences and celebrating our shared values. Eid al-Adha serves as a reminder of the importance of unity, empathy, and standing together as a community, irrespective of our individual backgrounds.
