‎
‎In a goodwill message titled “A Tribute to Rt. Hon. Victor Ochei Esq. on His Birthday Anniversary: OLIKEZE @57,” Dr. Austin Edemodu described Ochei as a distinguished leader whose life has remained a shining testament to excellence, integrity, and national development.

‎On a personal note, Edemodu expressed gratitude for the opportunity to serve as Ochei’s Media Assistant, describing the experience as professionally and intellectually enriching.
‎
‎He commended the celebrant’s mentorship, resilience, and unwavering belief in excellence, which he said continue to inspire those around him.
‎
Edemodu wished Ochei many more fruitful and impactful years ahead, expressing hope that the new chapter of his life would usher in even greater accomplishments and an enduring legacy.
